Windows has some excellent language packs for speech. The good news is that they are free! The bad news is that you need to do some work to manually install the language packs, as CueBrain cannot install them for you.
Unfortunately only a handful of the most popular languages are supported. Though it would not be a surprise if Microsoft released new languages in the future, as they are constantly improving the platform. Then it would just magically start working in CueBrain.
